Hi, I am offering a nice quite room in a friendly flat share, I take references from my tenants so all the flatmates are clean and tidy and respectful.
this room is a larger then normal double room with ambient natural lighting and lots of storgae space.
the property is in a ideal area within 5 minutes walk to 3 train stations and the westfield shopping centre.
I am a full time living out landlord and attentive to any issues in the flat. very fast internet,
all bills are included.

Please note this room is only available short term for a month
