En-suite bedroom in great flat

Hi,

I'm sadly living this amazing flat and great flatmate as I will be moving closer to my work.
This is a great place for the price and the area and the room has an en-suite bathroom. Move in date could be anytime from the 31st of August as I’m very flexible.

Area
The flat is between Finsbury Park and Holloway Road tube stations, both less than 10 min walk. There are also plenty of bus lines, in a nutshell it's well connected (i'm going to miss that). There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby.

The flat
It is situated on the last floor of a three flats buildings, very quiet, you never hear the neighbors. The flat has been renovated last year, so it is in very good conditions and clean. The flight has plenty of natural light, a big living room with comfy sofas and separated kitchen. There is also a small third bedroom that is currently used for storage.

The room
Large double bedroom fully furnished with plenty of storage and your own bathroom with toilets and a shower with great water pressure.

The flatmate
You will be sharing the flat with Lorcan, a great and very easygoing northern Irish guy. It has been super easy to share the flat with him. He is a project manager for a green energy company. And he is an amazing cook !

Landlord
The flat is managed by an agency literally 2 min from the flat, they are super helpful and very easy to deal with. We also have the landlord details if needed and again great contact and quick to answer.
