The nearest station is Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly and Overground) and several nearby buses to Central London from Holloway Road, Hornsey Road and Seven Sisters Road.

The landlords are conscientious and obliging and are very quick to attend to the house if there is a problem. We have a Whatsapp group with each other together with the landlords, Karen and Andrew. This is a great way to communicate efficiently to each other about house issues.

What's included in monthly rent?

High speed Wi-Fi, a weekly cleaner and all utility bills and council tax. The landlords require 4 weeks deposit if you have a UK home owning guarantor and 5 weeks if not and a month of rent in advance. There are no additional fees. If you like the room we require a holding deposit of one week’s rent to secure it. This is part of your deposit.
