After spending over a year in this lovely home, my room is about to become available.

The flat is split over two levels (2nd and 3rd floor) in a beautiful light filled Victorian house. There is a huge living room, two bathrooms (one with a bath), a spare room for guests, and a large kitchen with all amenities (including a dishwasher and a washing machine).

The available bedroom comes with a double bed, shelves, wardrobe and full length mirror.

This room is available from 21 September (but we can be somewhat flexible with dates).

Rent is due on the 15th of every month and is £880 (not including council tax and bills). Council tax is £58 and bills are approximately £40 a month.

You will be living with 2 lovely girls who work for the civil service and in advertising. They are friendly, tidy and respectful housemates, just lovely people to live with.

The landlords are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their parents live downstairs and are always around to fix anything house related.
