Double room to rent in a 3 bed flat with a large living room, kitchen and balcony incl. 1 shared bathroom.

2 of us have lived here for 2 years and love it. We both work in marketing and are in our late 20s. We are into sports, going to the pub, music, travelling and other standard late 20s things people are into :)

It's great area with a large Morrisons , restaurants, supermarket, pubs, cinema all 5 min walk away.

Great connections to central London, Camden, Finsbury Park and Angel with Caledonian Road and Holloway Road tube stations 10-15 min walk away.

Looking for someone who is laid back, easy to get on with and doesn't mind football on in the living room now and again (Leeds and Arsenal fan so miserable football fans).

The flat will come fully furnished with comfy sofas (incase you have visitors), large TV with Netflix and Prime included, dining table and chairs on the outside balcony, most kitchenware and large storage space.

The new housemate Is available to move in asap until November when the lease runs out
