One of our current housemates will move out after staying in the house several years. We look for a sociable housemate ASAP.
We are easy going, tidy and respectful. Our place is a spacious, pleasant property to call home.
Logistics: 3 - 5 min tube, shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Waitrose, M&S, Morrison, Iceland).The nearest tube station is Caledonian Road/Piccadily Line with fast access to King's Cross, West End and Heathrow airport. Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393. Walking distance to Upper Street, Camden Town.
Fast Internet access, flat screen LCD.
Our place is a 4 bed-room upper maisonette property which covers 2 top floors of an attractive Victorian building with 3 large roof terraces facing 3 different directions, an open plan kitchen with a huge window open to the back garden, fully fitted kitchen with DW, WM etc.; a spacious 3-piece bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The vacant room is a spacious, quiet, bright, furnished double room on the 1st floor of the property with a large window and double doors opening to a terrace. It is furnished with a large double bed, and a wardrobe.
We prefer to share with a non-smoking, clean, tidy, laid-back professional. No couple, no twin room, no pets.
The rent for this room is £200pw excluding bills or £866.67 per calendar month ex bills. Deposit is £904.60 (= one month rent + one month council tax of £37.93).
The contract term is min 10 months.. Reference and deposit are required. But these are the things, which you will deal with the landlady directly.
