👍 We have four lovely double rooms in a friendly flat share in Holloway/Finsbury Park. All rooms are doubles and are suitable for a single individual only please.

THE FLAT
🏠 The flat has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area, modern bathroom and a separate WC.
💰 All bills are included, so there is no need to worry about paying for council tax, electric, gas, water or wifi.

THE AREA
🚇 Finsbury Park Station (Victoria/Piccadilly/Overground) is only a short 10 minutes walk or a 2 minute bus ride.
🥖 There is a large Morrisons and Waitrose 5 minutes walk, and a Tesco Express only 3 minutes walk. There are also many stores such as Superdrug, Holland & Barrett, Argos and take-aways near by.
