I am a private landlord looking for a new tenant for my 3 current tenants (no agency fee or any other fees).
Existing tenants are 3 young professionals in mid 20s/earl 30s (2 British and 1 French professionals working in theatre, marketing and as a buyer for a large tech firm)
One of my tenants will move out after living in the property for more than 5 years.
I am looking for a clean, tidy non smoking sociable professional /or mature student for a large double bed room ASAP.
My tenants love the place and have called it home for many years.
The place is a 4 bed-room upper maisonette property which covers 2 top floors of an attractive Victorian building with 3 large roof terraces facing 3 different directions, an open plan kitchen with a large window open to the back garden, fully fitted kitchen with DW, WM etc.; a spacious 3-piece bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are plenty of parking space in front of the house if you have a car.
The vacant room is a very large, quiet furnished double room on the 2nd floor of the property with a large window facing the back garden (the house is setback with a large front garden, so it's quiet). It is furnished with a large double bed, a wardrobe, 2 drawers, a desk/chair and some other small furniture.
Logistics: 3 - 5 min tube, shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Waitrose, Morrison, Iceland, Sainsburys).The nearest tube station is Caledonian Road/Piccadilly Line with fast access to King's Cross, West End and Heathrow airport. Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393. Walking distance to Upper Street, Camden Town. Fast Internet access, flat screen LCD.
My tenants look for a sociable, clean and tidy housemate ASAP. They are easy going, tidy and respectful. They prefer to share with a non-smoking, clean, tidy, laid-back professional. No couple, no twin room, no pets.
The rent for this room is £220pw excluding bills or £953.33 per calendar month ex bills.
Deposit is £993.33(= one month rent + one month council tax of approx £40 per person per month).
