Friendly, cosy flatshare with rooftop terrace

Hey there!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely Holloway home. Our current flatmate Yaz is moving out, so we’re excited to welcome someone new into our little family.

A bit about us:

Felicia - 33, from Sweden, works in the music industry. Loves cooking (especially big weekend breakfasts), walks everywhere, has probably seen every chick flick ever made, and is always up for gigs, theatre, drinks, or a new series.

Shamma - 27, half Syrian, half English. Loves cooking and sharing Middle Eastern dishes with friends and family. Always up for a dance class, yoga session, or a cosy night in with a good movie!

The flat:
3-bed penthouse on Holloway Road (Zone 2). One large bathroom (mainly shared with Shamma, as Felicia has an en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and an open-plan living space with a balcony.
Best of all: a huge private rooftop terrace for BBQs, yoga, or morning coffee.

Location:

-12 min walk to Holloway Road (Piccadilly line)

-15 min to Archway (Northern line)

-15 min to Finsbury Park (Victoria line, Thameslink, National Rail)

-10 min bus to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line & Overground)

-Bus stop right outside the building

Holloway Road has plenty of shops and restaurants, with Waitrose, Morrisons, Lidl, Iceland, and a Sainsbury’s (open till 11pm) just across the street. There’s also a gym 5 mins away.

Your room:
A cosy small double (approx. 7 sqm) for £940 PCM + bills. Available from July 5th.

It comes with a wardrobe and double mattress. There is currently also a bed frame in the room which you can buy for £100 if you'd like to keep it.

Bills + council tax: approx. £150 PCM

Who we’re looking for:
Someone social who enjoys a friendly, homey vibe but also values downtime. We like to keep things clean and tidy and are looking for someone who feels the same.
