I am a 28-year-old female who has lived in the flat for a year. I work Monday - Friday (9-6pm), hybrid working, so sometimes in the flat. I am looking for a flatmate who is a professional. If it's your thing, we can watch shows on Netflix in the living room. I'm looking for someone who's clean, as there is an expectation the flat is cleaned at least once a week. Also, someone respectful of privacy and who won’t be hosting regular parties. Ideally, someone who has flat-shared before.
