Tenancy: 4/8-8/26 (20 weeks) I‘ve moved out now. The starting date is negotiable (But please try not to be later than early May, it will be too short). Also, according to Londonist DMC, the contract signing must start from Saturday, and you can check in at any time on or after the Saturday you choose. If you need renew the lease, please contact Chapter or Londonist DMC by yourself. I can’t do it for you, sorry.

Room and roommates: 3rd floor ensuite, 4 people flat, private bathroom, shared kitchen with other 3 roommates, they are a Chinese girl, a Turkish girl and a French boy. All of them are friendly, respectful, clean and tidy.
Transportation: 1 minute to the nearest subway station (Piccadilly Line, Holloway Road Station). 5 minutes to King Cross, 10 minutes to IOE, 20 minutes to UCL main campus, 25 minutes to Chinatown, 30 minutes to most central London. 1 hours direct to Heathrow Airport. 1 minute to Bus station.
The building: London chapter's student apartment is well managed and has a reception 24 hours a day. If there is any problem in the room, they will have maintenance people come to solve it in one day. There are multiple monthly activities that you can choose to participate in. There are gyms, study rooms and entertainment rooms (ball tables, TV & movie rooms). The downstairs of the apartment is sainsbury and costa. Within 3 minutes' walk, there are Tesco, many restaurants, 3 bubble tea shops. Within 10 minutes' walk, there are major supermarkets: waitrose, lidl, iceland, boots, two oriental supermarkets. There are also two large student apartments next to it, Stapleton House & Chapter Highbury II, which are generally very suitable for life and very safe and convenient.

The contract and sublease: Subletting goes through the agent’s official contract (Londonist DMC). The cost of this contract includes rent fee, service charge, cleaning fee and deposit (refundable). Since I have already paid all the rent. So please transfer the rent directly to me. The contract amount between the Londonnist DMC and you will be £0. The service Charge is £100, the pre check-in cleaning fee and disposable bedding fee total £189 and the deposit is £250. Please pay Londonist DMC directly through their official website. Please pay the whole rent before check-in. Monthly payment is not accepted, Sorry.
