Sunny and spacious double-bed with an en-suit in Islington to sublet
(please ensure you are familiar with what subletting is)

The flat comes furnished with a large living room and a balcony, fully equipped kitchen. (some furniture in the pictures are not included as they will be moved with me)

All Bills are included even though myself and my housemate pay it ourselves. This is just to make your move in easier without the need to change names on the bills.


Looking for 4-12 months max

Will require a 4 weeks deposit and references. Rent will be calculated weekly (4 weeks = 1 month, not by calendar months)
This is not a party house so will only accept working professionals who are quiet, mature, respectful individuals. The room is for a single occupant only, no couples allowed

You will be living with one other male who’s a civil servant and has been my housemate for the last 3 years. He works from home so we prefer someone who commutes for work.

The area is full of supermarkets and great restaurants (Tesco, Sainsbury, Lidl, Also, Waitrose), some great Turkish and Chinese restaurants around the corner.

There’s a bus stop 1 min walk from the house which will take you to either Archway (northern line), Holloway (Piccadilly) or Holloway & Islington (Victoria line)

The flat also comes with gated garden and a parking spot if needed.

The room will be deep cleaned to professional standards before your move in, and expected to be left in the same conditions when moving out.
