Your new bedroom:
Fully furnished & newly refurbed, bright and spacious En-suite double available November 16th. Has a desk to WFH, lots of space in the middle of the room and built in wardrobes. Layout is currently different (and better in my opinion) from photos. The previous flat mate had their own 50 inch TV in their room so there is a lot of space. The bathroom has been retiled this year.
Rest of the house:
Lounge/Dining room is really bright due to large windows, has a 55-inch TV & soundbar, and has a lovely view of the shared green space.

The kitchen is separate from lounge so no food smells! Gas hobs, fan oven, large fridge freezer & washer only.

My bedroom (not pictured) is not en-suite.


The building itself looks very nice and is in a secured gated community that you need a code to access. Shared green space is great for summer.

Council tax: about £90
Gas, elec, water & WiFi are about another £100

Hi, my name is Santino. I am originally from Worcestershire (like the sauce). I moved to London 2 years ago and have been in the flat since then. I am an insurance underwriter and work in the office 5 days a week. My weekends usually start with gym & cleaning the flat, then going out to see friends.
