Lovely spacious double bed close to everything!

Hello!

I'm Kelly - possibly your future flatmate! The flat is fully furnished and steps away from all the amenities of Holloway Road (Morrisons/Lidl/Odeon/Shops/Taco Bell) and only a 10-15 min walk from Finsbury Park or Holloway Road tube, and really central for tons of bus routes. It's a massive double bedroom - shared living room/kitchen/bathroom. There's a nice big fridge/freezer in the kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. There's also a lovely garden in the back - perfect for BBQ's or chilling in the hammock.

My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so this would be a tenancy takeover from now to October, with the option to renew. The move in date is flexible as well!

Your room comes with the bed (double, new mattress!), wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There's a possibility of buying some of the other furniture from my current flatmate as well since her boyfriend's place is fully furnished ◡̈ (prices all very negotiable!)

A bit about me: I'm an actor and musician/former teacher from the US. I also work a couple part time gigs at Emirates Stadium (COYG!), and am supply teacher at a few local primary schools in the gaps. I love cooking and baking (I'm vegetarian, so would be very cool if you were too, but not a deal breaker!), going to the cinema or theatre, gardening, doing new stuff around London, and having a lovely couch potato day binging whatever is good! I'm definitely not a huge party person but do like a quality night out with friends every so often. I love a pub quiz or BBQ sort of thing!

I've got an absolute beauty of an indoor only cat - her name is Kiwi and she's 17 and just the sweetest little thing! I'm very tidy - love things to have an order to them, and have been obsessed with not having my place smell like cat for as long as I've had cats!

I'd love a flatmate that has things in common with me, is also very tidy, who loves cats/animals, and is keen to have meals/watch tv/go to the shops/explore with - but is also cool with the introvert need to recharge.
