I am a private landlord (so no agency fees nor any other fees) looking for 2 non smoking clean and tidy professionals from 26th April and 7th May to share this lovely 4 bed flat with my existing tenants who are working in legal and trading.

The flat is a garden flat of an attractive Victorian building with wooden flooring throughout. There is not a separate living room, but there is a large eat-in kitchen with a flat screen TV, large French doors open to the back garden with BBQ/benches and a pergola which were built by one of the former tenants, fully fitted kitchen, a spacious 3-piece bathroom with bathtub and shower. The flat has wooden-stripped boards throughout and equipped with code-operated security alarm.

Fast internet access.

There are a lot of parking space in front of the house and in the neighbourhood.

Logistics: 3 - 5 min tube, shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Waitrose, Morrison, Lidl, Iceland),walking distance to Odeon Lux cinema and more restaurants and shops on the Upper Street. The nearest tube station is Caledonian Road/Piccadily Line with fast access to King's Cross, West End and Heathrow airport.

There are buses leading to the City and West End and other parts of London. Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393. Walking distance to Upper Street, Camden Town.

The advertised rooms are:
1) a small double with a double bed, a double wardrobe and a desk/chair with a window facing the front garden. The rent of this room is £190pw ex bills or £823.333 per calendar month ex bills. Deposit: £872.23 (= 1 month rent + 1 month council tax of £48.90 on the basis of 4 people sharing). This room is available from 26th April; and
2) a medium-sized bedroom with a double bed, a double wardrobe and a desk/chair with 2 windows facing the side of the building. The rent for this room is £230pw ex bills or £996.67 per calendar month ex bills. Deposit is £1,045.57 (= one month rent plus 1 month council tax share £48.90 on the basis of 4 people sharing). This room is available from 7th May.

We DO NOT take couple or twin. NO smoking, no pets are permitted in the property as the property is not suitable for having pets.

My current tenants prefer to share with non-smoking, clean, tidy, considerate and friendly/sociable professionals.

The contract term is 6 months. Reference and deposit are required. If you come from abroad, some rent /tax advance may be required.
