Double room with private balcony

We are looking for a friendly, considerate and mature house mate to rent a big double room with private balcony. The house has big open living and kitchen spaces, large patio area on the back, and ample storage space. Bikes can be stored in the garden shed. The house is nicely set back from the main roads in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The house is conveniently located with all amenities within 5 minutes walking-distance, including Holloway tube station on the Piccadilly Line, buses and night-buses, three large supermarkets (Morrison, Waitrose and Lidl) and several smaller ones, gyms, Argos, and several other shops. Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, Overground) is within 10 minutes walking distance and has a lot of bars, cafés, independent shops and a swimming pool.

You will be sharing with Jennifer (game developer), Stefania (writer), and our two lovely cats, Pika and T’Challa. Both of us work from home, and we have been living together for 5 years. We like a quiet and clean house, with a homely feel. We are quite busy but still find time for regular chats.

Rent is 800 GBP. The price listed includes all bills (gas, electric, internet, water, council tax) and a weekly cleaner. Currently bills come out to ca. 175 GBP per person. The council tax band is F.

We are looking for someone to move in between May 19th-29th. There will be a tenancy agreement to sign with Foxtons.
