Hi,
I am a private landlord (so no agency fee nor any other fees) looking for new tenants (one person or a couple) to share this lovely flat with my 2 current tenants - a young and quiet couple in their mid 20s, who work as consultants in travel and food sector.
My tenants would like to share with a clean, tidy, laid-back and sociable professional couple 16th May.

The flat is a beautiful spacious raised ground floor flat of an attractive Victorian building. It is a spacious flat with a large entrance hall, a large kitchen/dining with door and window leading to a spacious back garden with benches, BBQ, a 3 piece bathroom with a large window.

The vacant room is exceptionally large with high ceiling, full height and wide window facing the quiet back garden. It is furnished with a large king sized bed and 2 large wardrobes.

Fast internet access.

Logistics: 3 - 5 min tube, shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Waitrose, Morrison, Iceland), walking distance to Odeon Lux movie theatre and more restaurants and shops on the Upper Street. It's walking distance to a public pool with sauna /steam room in Highbury as well as another pool and tennis centre on Market Road. The nearest tube station is Caledonian Road/Piccadilly Line with fast access to King's Cross, West End and Heathrow airport.

There are buses leading to the City and West End and other parts of London. Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393. Walking distance to Upper Street, Camden Town.

The room would suit a couple perfectly.

The rent for a couple is £368pw excluding bills or £1,594.67 per calendar month excluding bills. Deposit is £1,634.67 (= one month rent £1,594.67+1 month council tax currently £80.02 for the room). According to my tenants, other bills amount to approx £60 per couple. Please talk with my tenants during the viewing to get accurate info on the bills.

The contract term is 6 months. Reference and deposit are required. But these are the things which you will deal directly with our landlady.
