Short term let! En-suite Master Room

Hi there,

I am very sad to be leaving my long term house share but will be moving out for the last 8 weeks of our tenancy, so this large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available for sub-let.

You will be sharing with Seb, Emmet, Ali and Albi- 2 journalists, a civil servant and a therapist, who have been amazing housemates for the last 2 years! It’s a sociable house but you will have the whole floor to yourself if you’d prefer some quiet time.

We have a good size garden which is a huge bonus in the summer, plus a shared kitchen and a separate living room. The room itself is a great size with high ceilings and has 2 south facing windows.

The available dates are 13th May- 6th July but we can be flexible if needed, also there is a possibility the contract will be extended beyond July if you are looking to stay long term.

The rent is £1200/month plus bills which come to around £100/month. We also have a lovely cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

On street parking available with a permit, friendly pets and couples considered!
