A lovely light room in a warm modern house close to Holloway Road and 10-15 minutes
from Holloway Road, Finsbury Park and Archway tubes. Shared areas include kitchen
with dining table, separate large communal living area with washing facilities, and a
downstairs wc.
The house is to share with other young working professionals. The room is clean and
tidy and in a quiet household. Your room has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, a
bedside drawer unit and wide drawer unit. You have your own en-suite bathroom which
contains a shower, basin and toilet.
The bills are chargeable and paid as an extra single monthly budget amount covering
water, electricity, heating; council tax; broadband, tv license etc. This is currently
budgeted at £150 per month. All bill charges are shared and paid equally by each
tenant, so you will only pay your share of the total of the bills we have paid. At the end
of tenancy, a final utilities account will be prepared and the difference between the
budget amounts paid by you and your share of actual costs will be either due from the
tenant or paid to the tenant.
There is an allocated parking space available for a small additional monthly charge.
Be aware - to keep the balance of individulas in this household a female is preferred although everyone applying will be considered.
Note: We require a deposit and guarantor for all our tenancies.
