I am a private landlord looking for new tenants (no agency fee or any other fees).

I am looking for 2 non-smoking clean/tidy professionals to share this lovely home with my 3 tenants from 15th June.

The current tenants are clean, tidy and happy professionals between 25/31 years old, who work as educational professional and university researcher. They love the place like their home and keep it clean. We are looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoking and happy professional.

The advertised rooms are

- a furnished double bed room the 1st floor of the house with window(s) facing the back garden, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, desk/chair.. The rent is £210pw ex bills or £910 per calendar month ex bills.
Deposit if £956 (= 1 month rent + one month council tax currently £46.20). NOTE: this room has been taken.

2) a furnished double bed room the 2nd floor of the house with window(s) facing the back garden, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, desk/chair.. The rent is £210pw ex bills or £910 per calendar month ex bills.

The house is a 3-storey Victorian house with a lot of period features in a tree-lined street just off Holloway Road. It has 5 double bedrooms on the 1st, 2nd and attic floor; a common area is located on the ground floor of the house and comprises a lounge, dinning area and a fitted kitchen on the ground floor with a door open to a pretty garden with a built-in BBQ, garden furniture, a modern 3-piece bathroom, a modern separate shower room (on the landing), a separate cloakroom/toilet and some storage space.

The house has wooden floor throughout and the stairs are carpeted with sisal carpet (=> easy to keep it clean).

There are plenty of parking space in front of the house and on the street.

No smoking. No couple nor Twin room. No pets.

3-5 min tube/busses/shops/large supermarkets/restaurant/all other facilities on Holloway Road and within walking distance to more shops/restaurants on the Upper Street or Camden Town.
