Studio Flat (26 Aug - 6 Oct) Bills Inc.

I am looking to sublet my studio flat from 26 August - 6 October while I go travelling.

It's in a great location - just by Arsenal stadium. It's a 1-2 minute walk to Holloway Road station (so has access to the night tube), a 15 minute walk max to Islington, Clissold Park and Finsbury Park.

The photos are those used by the agent to advertise the flat when I found it. I have put up pictures so it's more homey than it looks! It is very small and has, what Rightmove described as, "a James Bond style bed" which pulls down from the cupboard.

I am going to continue to pay the rent directly to the landlord while I am away, so am asking for payment upfront to ensure I'm not out of pocket (subject to tenancy laws).
