Beautiful 3 bed flat behind Holloway road on a quiet street.

The flat has a great shared kitchen with a large shared terrace attached. The shared lounge has nice big windows and very bright!

Bills not included, but come to about £100-150 depending on utilities in Winter/Summer.

I'm a Canadian, living in London the last 8 years. I work in Tech and have I've lived in this flat all 8 years so it definitely feels like home. The landlords are two brothers who live around the corner whom I have a great relationship with.

There is one room available to let with a desk, double bed and wardrobe.

The location is great. It's a 5 minute walk to Holloway tube or 15 minute walk to Highbury and Islington overground. Fun fact: Every airport is only a 70 minute journey from the flat.

I work from home most mornings and go into work the afternoons. I love my record collection, live gigs, watching new films and comedy. I am very tidy, but we have a cleaner in 2x a month for the shared spaces.

Orna is a speech therapist for the NHS and works from the office 5 days a week.

There's flexibility on the tenancy agreement, with either a 6 month a 12 month lease available. The lease would start from August 15 which is when the first months rent would need to be paid. If you needed to move in post 15th, that is no problem.
