Room: double beds, 1 desk
House: shared house with 2 shared bathrooms, 2 toilets
Housemate: 3 females, 1 British, 1 American, 1 Hungarian

🏠 Facilities in the house:
The house is a bit old (hence the price), but it has everything you need. It consists of one fully functioning kitchen, spacious living room (which is rare in London!), 1 bigger bathroom upstairs, 1 shower room, and 1 separate toilet on the ground floor, and a back garden! It's so nice in the spring summer, as you can have lunches/dinners outside with the picnic table 💙

The house is close to Seven Sisters road and Finsbury Park, but it's located in a gated community so it's a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. It's 10mins walk to Finsbury park station, and close to Morrison, Lidl, Tesco express, and even a Waitrose; so many choices!

💃 The flatmates:
You'll live with 3 ladies, all are in their late 20s, working in civil service, architecture, and journalism. It's an international house with flatmates coming from USA, Taiwan and Hungary.

We tend to keep the house as our calm sanctuary as we're already busy outside. We mostly keep our social life outside, but occasionally might have guests over. We are friendly and we like to just chat/have dinner/watch something together, but we don't mind if you'd like to keep things to yourself.
