We’re looking for a quiet, respectful professional to take a double room in our light and spacious maisonette near Finsbury Park.

Short let: 6th February to 31st March

You’ll be sharing with three female flatmates in a calm, considerate home. Everyone has their own routines, it’s peaceful during the week, and we keep shared spaces clean and easy to live in.

The room
• Double room on the 2nd floor
• Good natural light
• Furnished with a double bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe
• (Photos are from a previous setup, but they show the size and layout of the room)

The flat
• 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
• Large kitchen plus a balcony
• Friendly, tidy household

Location
• 8-minute walk to Finsbury Park station
• Victoria line, Piccadilly line, National Rail and great bus links
• Plenty of cafés, shops and restaurants nearby

Rent and deposit
• £1,100 per month (including bills and WiFi)
• £1,100 deposit

House basics
• WFH is fine
