I am looking for 2 non-smoking clean/tidy professionasl to share this lovely home with my existing 3 tenants ASAP
The current tenants are clean, tidy and happy professionals between 23/31 years old, who work as educational professional, data scientist and university researcher. They love the place like their home and keep it clean. We are looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoking and happy professional.
The advertised rooms are:
1) a spacious room on the attic level with a walk-in wardrobe/cloth room, window facing the back garden, a double bed, desk/chair and drawers.
The rent for this room is £250 pw/£1,.083.33 per calendar month excluding bills.
Deposit: £1,130 (= £1,083.33/one month rent + £46.67/ one month council tax pppm on the basis of 5 people sharing);
2) a large double room on the 2nd floor of the property with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a table and desk. The rent excluding bills is £280pw ex bills or £1,213.33 pcm excluding bills.

The house is a 3-storey Victorian house with a lot of period features in a tree-lined street just off Holloway Road.
