The current tenants are clean, tidy and happy professionals between 23/31 years old, who work as educational professionals, data scientist and university researcher. They love the place like their home and keep it clean. We are looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoking and happy professional.

The advertised room is a spacious room on the attic level with a walk-in wardrobe/cloth room, window facing the back garden, a double bed, desk/chair and drawers.
The rent for this room is £250 pw/£1,.083.33 per calendar month excluding bills.
Deposit: £1,130 (= £1,083.33/one month rent + £46.67/ one month council tax pppm on the basis of 5 people sharing);

The house is a 3-storey Victorian house with a lot of period features in a tree-lined street just off Holloway Road. It has 5 double bedrooms on the 1st, 2nd and attic floor; a common area is located on the ground floor of the house and comprises a lounge, dinning area and a fitted kitchen on the ground floor with a door open to a pretty garden with a built-in BBQ, garden furniture, a modern 3-piece bathroom, a modern separate shower room (on the landing), a separate cloakroom/toilet and some storage space.

The house has wooden floor throughout and the stairs are carpeted with sisal carpet (=> easy to keep it clean).
