Description

Looking for a legend to join our lovely airy, bright, and friendly flat in a great location!

THE DEETS
Move date: any time between now and 15th October, the earlier the better
Rent: £610 per month, not including bills which are approx £100 each at the moment.
Deposit: £633
Tenancy: ideally long term, you will go on the tenancy. The landlord is generally pretty good and responsive. Normal referencing applies and housing benefits accepted.

Location: between Tufnell Park / Kentish Town / Caledonian Road tubes so well connected for a variety of lines (about 15 min walk from each), as well as many bus routes nearby. We’re close to Camden and Highbury, as well as the big shops on Holloway Road, and we’re a 25 minute walk from the Heath. There’s some lovely shops and cafes nearby. It’s a great neighbourhood and we feel very lucky to live here for the price!

THE FLAT
The room is a large double which comes with a double bed, desk, and rug, as pictured. It will also come with a wardrobe but it’s a different one than in the pictures (current flatmates are shuffling rooms so moving some stuff around). Some other furniture like shelves might be available from the departing flatmate if you're interested.

We have no living room, which is why the rent is so cheap, but your room is sizable for London and we have a bathroom with a bath, and a kitchen. Unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible, we are on the second floor so there are two flights of stairs and there is no lift. Inside the flat, it is all on one floor and there is a phone entry system. The building feels very secure and safe. It’s quiet and bright and all our rooms have lovely green views out the windows.

FLATMATES
You’d be sharing with two others:
Em, a 32y/o bisexual woman from Australia, works as a holiday nanny and used to be a pastry chef. She loves skating, swimming and going to see live music.
MK is also a 32 y/o bisexual woman from Bolivia/Boston who works in HR and used to be a teacher, tho this year she’s starting a full time master’s program so her schedule will be a bit different. She loves collage art, pub quizzes, and does improv comedy.

YOU
We’re looking for someone roughly our age who is friendly, clean, thoughtful, fun, and a good communicator. We’re not a party house but we enjoy returning to a home with people who we enjoy spending time with, and that we can share activities and experiences with. We are busy with our own stuff but are also sociable and would enjoy getting dinner together / queer nights out / having friends over or hanging out when our schedules align. We’re not clean freaks but we would like a grown up who knows how to clean up after themselves in shared spaces, washes their dishes, takes out the bins, etc.

Send us a message with a bit about yourself, what you’re looking for, and your availability for viewings if you’re interested. Trying to fit a few viewings in for this weekend. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. :)
