A space has opened in our four-bedroom house in Holloway, N7. The room is large with a high ceiling and perfect for anyone with lots of clothes. It is on the first floor and comes furnished with a double bed, two large wardrobes, two drawers, a shelving unit and desk. It faces south and gets a fantastic amount of sunlight.

The house has two bathrooms, a separate living room and the kitchen is connected to a large dining area. There is also a good-sized attic for use as an extra storage space. Our garden has a patio area and lawn and is a peaceful spot for flat meals/coffees/drinks all year round.

The house is on a quiet residential street but just a minute away from all the shops on Holloway Road. We’re within a ten-minute walk from Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line), while Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington stations are within 15-20 minutes. There are loads of useful bus routes to get you all round north London and beyond.

The housemates:

Our beloved flatmate Lowis is leaving London to move in with her boyfriend. Remaining at the house is: Max (30) working hard in international development, Kat (29) who is making it big in the video editing/advertising industry, and Sam (28) who has just completed a PhD in history. We’ve been living together for over a year now and love the house. We often go for drinks at the local or to Highbury Fields. In the summer the garden is great for hosting BBQs and the occasional game of football. While we also have our own lives and friendship groups, we’re ideally looking for a new housemate who would also like to join in and feel at home.

We’d prefer to keep a gender balance in the house so have listed the advert as female preferred.
