Description

My flatmate is moving out (🥺) and we’re looking to replace his tenancy.
The property is in near-mint condition with a garden, living room, downstairs bathroom, and a good-sized kitchen.
The property is semi-furnished (my ex-flatmate owned most of the furniture) and your room will be unfurnished. Currently a lot more cluttered than it will be!
The contract is rolling *and rent may increase in the near- to medium-term future*, but we’re getting clarity on (1) whether we’re able to switch to a yearly renewal and (2), if so, what the new rent may be.
Me: 28, single, headhunter in Central. I work at the office 90+% of the time and it’s important for me to come home to a clean and relatively quiet house.
You: late twenties to early/mid thirties, professional, no preference on gender.
