One double bedroom in a four bed flat. The room is fully furnished and has tons of floor space. Fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and cabinets as seen in pics.

Massive double windows which let in natural light. The room is on the 2nd floor of the flat which is great for security and means no noise from above/outside.

There is a shared bathroom with a shower and sink. As well as a separate toilet and sink room.

The kitchen is cosy but plenty of room for cooking. It has a full size fridge freezer, working hob and oven, a clothes washing machine and table and chairs to sit at.

There are also two decent size storage rooms where you can fit a bike or anything too large for the room in there which is really useful.

In terms of location it's the ideal spot for quick transport links. Holloway Road and Tufnell Park Road station are both a ten min walk away- from there you can get anywhere central within 10/15 mins. Cycling it takes about 15 mins to Kings Cross.

Holloway has amazing food spots and is a lovely bustling area. Finsbury Park and Highbury just a walk away. The flat is part of a large community complex building which is gated and feels very safe. Plenty of places to park or lock your bike up inside, as well as nice community garden spaces.

Current flatmates are Elgan and Sakshi who are working and studying. The other room is currently empty as the tenant uses it fr storage. The flatmates are friendly and take care of the place. Hoping to get someone who is also clean and respectful to take my room.

Looking for someone to take over my contract asap, and ideally move in by the 13th-15th of December.
