Two Rooms in Lovely 4 Bed Flat in Holloway

Two rooms available in 4 bedroom 2 bath flat in Islington/Holloway (N7). Rather tragically, two of our flatmates have bought a house around the corner and are moving out! the larger room (orange duvet) is available on 7th of January and the other slightly smaller room is available end of January/early Feb.

You’ll be living with three others, two kiwis (f29, m31) and an American (m32). We work in climate policy, education, and the civil service, and all enjoy going to an Arsenal Woman’s game at the Emirates just around the corner. We get on well and the kiwis want it known they think the American is “not one of the annoying ones.” We are a chilled easy going group who enjoy cooking meals together on weeknights and watching a show. We hope you’ll want to join in on this vibe, and enjoy sharing meals and hanging out when your schedule allows!

Details: £893 for the slightly smaller and £940 for the larger room (orange duvet). Utilities on top of this, max out at £100 each a month in winter, much less in summer. You’d be joining a lease that goes into next October. Looking to hold viewings in early December so we could sort things before the inevitable holiday exodus from London.
