Room in Lovely 4 Bed Flat in Holloway

Reposting as we’ve had a new tenant fall through at the last minute. Room available immediately for both a sublet or a longer term flatmate!

One room available in 4 bedroom 2 bath flat in Islington/Holloway (N7). Rather tragically, our flatmate has bought a house around the corner and is moving out! The room is available from today.

You’ll be living with four others, a couple, both kiwis (f29, m31), an American (m32), and an Aussie (f27) moving over to London and joining us in late Jan. We work in climate policy, education, and the civil service, and all enjoy going to an Arsenal Woman’s game at the Emirates just around the corner. We are a chilled easy going group who enjoy cooking meals together on weeknights and watching a show (currently catching up on Colin from Accounts). We hope you’ll want to join in on this vibe, and enjoy sharing meals and hanging out when your schedule allows!

Details: £940 for the room. Deposit of £1025 (not applicable for a short term sublet). Utilities on top of this, max out at £100 each a month in winter, much less in summer. I’d say budgeting for £1000 /month for combined utilities/rent would be pretty safe over the course of a year. For joining the lease for a bit longer term, our current lease runs through 7 October.
