The current tenants are clean, tidy and happy professionals between 25/31 years old, who work as educational professional and university researcher. They love the place like their home and keep it clean. We are looking for a suitable clean, tidy, non-smoking and happy professional.
The advertised room is a large furnished double bed room the 2nd floor of the house with window(s) facing the quiet Roden Street, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, desk/chair.. The rent is £280pw ex bills or £1,213.33 per calendar month ex bills.
Deposit: £1,260 (= 1 month rent + one month council tax currently £46.24);
The house is a 3-storey Victorian house with a lot of period features in a tree-lined street just off Holloway Road. It has 5 double bedrooms on the 1st, 2nd and attic floor; a common area is located on the ground floor of the house and comprises a lounge, dinning area and a fitted kitchen on the ground floor with a door open to a pretty garden with a built-in BBQ, garden furniture, a modern 3-piece bathroom, a modern separate shower room (on the landing), a separate cloakroom/toilet and some storage space.
