Nice double room in a 2 bedroom flat. The room has a little adjoining office space which you can use as your own office. You'll also have your own private terrace.

The room has a good double bed, cupboard space, free-standing clothes rack and chest of drawers. The office has a good office chair and desk.

I've converted the top bathroom into an office for myself so we do share a bathroom.

It's a cute, bright flat which I'm told has good vibes. It's about a 12 minute walk (or 3 minute bus ride) to Finsbury Park, 15 (8) to Holloway Road and 18 (5) to Archway. It's also a 5 minute walk to a great cafe called Big Jo which is a real selling point.

I work at home a lot. You're welcome to WFH too but just to be aware I'll be there a lot.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and council tax so no hidden extras. We have Netlifx, Amazon, Now TV, Apple and Disney!

And two cats which visits us periodically, giving us all the benefits of pet ownership and none of the responsibility.
