I am a private landlord looking for 2 new clean, tidy non-smoking and sociable professionals to share this lovely home with my current 3 professional tenants ASAP (no agency fee or any other fees) for 2 large lovely furnished double rooms (available now).
The current tenants are clean, tidy and happy professionals between 25/31 years old, who work in education, management consultancy, and university research. They love the place like their home and keep it clean.
The advertised rooms are
1) a large furnished double bed room the 2nd floor of the house with 2 large windows facing the quiet Roden Street. The room has just been redecorated, furnished with a double bed, mattress and 2 drawers (Note: all these 3 furniture items are brand new) and a large wardrobe.
2) a large furnished double bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 large windows facing the quiet Roden Street with a display fireplace (not in use), furnished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes and a book shelves.
The net rent for each of these rooms is £270pw or £1,170 per calendar month excluding all bills. Council tax per personper month is approx £49 payable directly to the landlord together with the rent. All other bills total around £120 depending on the season. Please check about the bills except the council tax with my tenants during the viewing.
