Large Double Room in Friendly Flatshare – Sublet for 2–3 Months (flexible dates), All Bills Included

I’m subletting my room for 2–3 months starting from the beginning of May. Ideal if you're looking for a short-term place in a great location!

The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from Holloway Road station. Camden, Islington, Finsbury Park and Kings Cross are within walking distance.

15 min walk from Finsbury Park for the Victoria line, plus lots of buses going everywhere and night buses from Soho. The bus stop is right in front of the flat.

The room is spacious and sunny, with a double bed, a big wardrobe, an armchair, and loads of space to move around. There’s also a desk with two screens – perfect for WFH.

Afternoon sun keeps the room bright, but it stays cool in summer. There’s loads of storage in the room and throughout the flat.

There is some scaffolding outside, but work has slowed down and it’s barely noticeable.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a gas stove. All utensils/pots are already here.

You’d be living with two friendly, easy-going guys – both students who are into fitness, films, music, and rugby. Everyone’s usually out and about.

The vibe is chilled and the flat is always clean, so we’re looking for someone who’s also respectful and tidy.

The closest supermarket is Lidl, with a big Morrisons nearby. Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Starbucks are also within walking distance.

All bills included (broadband too).

The flat is on the ground floor if you need access or hate stairs. It's located in a little courtyard, so there is a space to leave your bike.
