Subletting my lovely studio flat from the end of May until the end of September while I’m away for the Summer. Fully self-contained with a kitchen and bathroom. In a super nice location near Holloway Road Station and right by the Emirates Stadium, with great transport links!

Rent is £850pm + £850 deposit
Electricity is pay as you go, unfortunately there’s no wifi router

I’ll be taking my personal belongings with me but furniture will be staying - happy to discuss kitchenware, furnishings etc.

My letting agency will be facilitating the sublet and are asking for ID, a previous landlord reference, and payslips/ bank statements/ proof of income
