Short term student accommodation available

I’m subletting my room due to personal reasons as I’ll be returning home earlier than planned.
• Available Dates: May 26, 2025 – June 28, 2025
• Location: iQ Student Accommodation in Holloway

It’s a flat shared by 6 people, with 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 1 shared kitchen.
It takes about 15 minutes by public transport to King’s Cross, and since it’s located in Zone 2, the accessibility is excellent.
Although it’s central London, I’ve never had to worry about safety — the neighborhood feels very secure.
Since it’s a private student accommodation, there’s 24/7 security, which adds extra peace of mind.
• Transport:
  Bus stop is a 2-minute walk / Tube station is about 10 minutes on foot
• Shops nearby:
  Within 2–3 minutes’ walk there are Lidl, Iceland, Waitrose, Morrisons and more

As all my current flatmates are women, female tenants are preferred.
The dates are negotiable, but priority will be given to someone who can stay for the full period.
If you’re staying for the full month, I may be able to offer a discount on the rent.

There are washing machines and dryers in the building.
