We are three professional gay guys looking for a fourth gay man to share the house with.

We socialise at home at times and also like our own space. A the house layout is over three floors we do have ways of having space for ourselves..

We are looking for a person who is considerate, mature personality, who is looking for a quiet place to call home. Your room is on the top floor, plenty of daylight, airy and quiet.

It is a comfortable and quiet single room in Islington (Holloway). In the room there is a single bed, with storage, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Not suitable for a person who needs to work from home. Room Size is 192 cm (75') x 320 cm. (126')

Excellent transport links. Close to Highbury & Islington (Victoria, Overground and Main lines) and Caledonian Rd (Piccadilly line)tube stations (zone 2).One stop from King's Cross, Various buses route to central London, city etc.

Arundel Square, Paradise park, Freightliners City Farm and Highbury Fields, ,are a short distance away. Upper street with all the restaurants, bars, theatres is 10/15 minutes walk away

The ground floor and bathroom have been refurbished recently. Kitchen dinner is brand new spacious and leads to small back garden.

The only additional cost to rent is for a cleaner who comes in weekly for 3 hours. She does all the ironing and cleaning (£45 pppm fee additional to rent)
