⏰ Availability: 1 March 2026, with some flexibility. Minimum stay is until 30 June.

📍 Location: quiet, friendly, leafy neighbourhood with a mix of families, working professionals and students. Great local pubs, restaurants, cafes, parks and shops. Supermarkets (Lidl, Morrisons, etc) are nearby on Holloway Road. The road that the house is on is a very quiet neighbourhood without many cars so there’s no traffic noise. And it’s surrounded by beautiful well-maintained gardens.

🚎 Transport: Short walk to Tufnell Park (Northern Line) and equidistant short walk to Caledonian Road and Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line). Slightly longer walk to Kentish Town (Northern Line and Thameslink) Quick and easy access via bus to Finsbury Park, Camden, Highbury and Islington, King’s Cross, Archway.

🚴Perfect location for cyclists (there are bike racks outside the front door) for pleasant journeys to Hampstead Heath, Camden, Finsbury Park and other surrounding areas.

🏡 The house: this is a houseshare with lovely flatmates who are all working professionals. There is no lounge but with a room this big and your own private patio space you don’t need it!

🚪The room: this bright, airy room with a huge amount of built-in storage is on the first floor with access to a large patio area surrounded by trees, making the room feel even bigger. Big windows and warm coloured walls make it a cosy space. It is available furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk and lots of cupboards.

💻 Remote working: this house is remote worker friendly; the space is huge and includes a desk. You can enjoy working on the patio to enjoy the sunlight in the summer, or at the dining table to enjoy easy access to teas coffees and food.

🚌 Commuters: the quick access to Tufnell Park station and Holloway Road/Caledonian Road stations mean that commuting on the Northern or Piccadilly lines is a breeze. Upper Holloway (Suffragette Line) is in walking distance too. Busses nearby include the 21, 29, 390, 254, 253. A quick cycle or bus journey can take you swiftly to the overground at Highbury and Islington or Camden for the Victoria, Windrush, Mildmay and train lines, or to King’s Cross/St Pancras for even more domestic and international trains.
