Short walk to Morrisons, Waitrose and Lidl and a longer walk to M&S.
5 min walk to Pure Gym, 10min walk to Gym Box.
Multiple bus connections near the flat and 10min walk to Finsbury Park tube.,
The room:
Good sized double room with own big bathroom. Comes unfinished but has a big built in wardrobe.
The flatmate aka me:
31, gay and working as a freelance photographer.
Spend most of my free time chilling, at the gym or cycling. Have lived in flat shares since moving to London 11 years ago. Clean and I'd like to think fairly reasonable as a flatmate. Would like to find someone with a good vibe match so it feels like home not a flatshare.
Utility bills: per month: about £250 each
Internet £42 (we can get it down if we sign a contract)
Water £65
Electricity about £200 (that's averaging summer and winter)
