Large Double Room with Private Bathroom in Modern 2-Bed Flat | Archway / Finsbury Park

Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate guy to move into a spacious double room in a modern 2-bed flat located between Archway and Finsbury Park, you will be taking my place as I am going overseas. Slightly flexible on move in date if needed.

You will be sharing with a couple, Jack and Anita. Jack is a Kiwi, 29, works in digital media, loves sport and food. Anita is Romanian but been here for years, 33, and works in education, also a foodie. Both enjoy a couple drinks and being social.

The Room & Flat:

- Bright and spacious double room- fully furnished. Plenty of room even with a desk.
- Your own family size bathroom (the other bedroom has an en suite).
- Flat is split across 2 floors so lots of space!
- Large sitting room with high ceilings.
- Spacious kitchen with lots of storage.
- Additional downstairs toilet for guests.

Location:

- Great transport links, walking distance to Northern, Victoria and Piccadilly line.
- 5/10 min walk to supermarkets - Waitrose, Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco.
- Lots of great pubs and restaurants in the area.
