Bright double room (12ft x 11ft) in shared flat.
Stones throw from Holloway Road and Caledonian Road stations (Piccadilly Line). Located close to plenty of parks, shops, restaurants, bars and a cinema, but is tucked down a nice quiet little street.

Shared flat with two gay male housemates, both in our early to mid thirties. We are pretty relaxed and not big partiers, we are both big movie and gaming fans and often found watching movies together in the living room. Ideally looking for someone who has a similar vibe to fit into the flat.

Flat includes shared living room space, kitchen, garden and shared bathroom. Please note that the room comes unfurnished.

Rent doesn't include bills, so please be aware of the additional cost of gas, electricity, water and council tax on top of the rent amount. All together usually comes in under £150 a month.

Room comes unfurnished, but some furniture available from previous housemate on request.
