Description

My flatmate is moving after 15 years in this property, and her huge double room (4.20 x 3,35) is available from the end of August 2025 (the earliest move-in day is 17/08/2025) in what is a brilliant flat. I've been living here for the last year and I hope to share it with someone like-minded who is seeking to find their happy place.

The room has a big bed with storage and new mattress), open plan wardrobe & huge shelving area. There is plenty of room to put additional furniture. Plus is super bright and has a private patio!
£ 1050 (with a little bit or flexibility on split)

There is another small double room (2.8m x 2.7m ) available (the one i am staying at the moment)
The room itself has a double bed, a good-sized open wardrobe and there is floor to ceiling shelving units built into one wall. The room benefits from a patio-facing window. The room is very quiet and has lots of plug sockets and good wi-fi .

As the flat is rented from a private landlord, we had free rain when it comes to decorating.

The rooms wwere painted (as you can see from the pictures, but it can be painted whichever colour you prefer before you move in). You will also benefit from additional storage space around the flat.

The flat itself is a homely 2 bed ground floor Victorian conversion in a quiet side street tucked between Holloway Road and Seven Sisters Road. The flat has a large high-ceilinged living room with a bay window. A good-sized kitchen that offers lots of storage and worktop space, complete with microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and French doors onto the gorgeous communal courtyard garden. The hallway has lots of storage space and a small utility area with a washing machine and space to dry clothes. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath and a power shower.

The flat is brilliantly situated less than 10 minutes from both Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) and Finsbury Park (Victoria Line) stations. There are excellent bus services that link through to Camden (Camden Town - 18 mins), the City (Moorgate - 25 mins), the West End (Oxford Street - 30 mins), and Angel (Upper Street – 20 mins). The neighbourhood has a safe, family feel, although there are also many young professionals. In under a 5-minute walk, you have the options of Morrisons, Waitrose, M&S, Selby’s department store, banks, hardware stores, an Odeon cinema, gym/ Sobell leisure centre. The area is up and coming with many independent pubs, restaurants and lots of corner shops and cafes.

This really is a great flat, and rent £ 1050 (big double) with some flexibility or £ 925 (small room but prefer to stay myself) )plus bills (monthly bills are around 130 and utilities fluctuate, (around 30 each when there is no heating), I am sure whoever is lucky enough to move in will enjoy.

The preference will be a female 35-45 years old not working from home but under review for a right fit.
