The flat has a large shared living room, a separate kitchen/dining area and a good-sized bathroom (with separate shower and bath).

The room is furnished (double bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers). Loads of storage space above the door and more under the bed. It has lovely light with a big window and view to the street. It's also nice and quiet - the building has only one other flat in it, is on a relatively peaceful residential street and there's no noise from upstairs neighbours.

You would be sharing the flat with three others, all easy-going and considerate. We have our own lives but like to socialise together, usually focusing around movies and shared meals. We would prefer a female flatmate to keep the gender balance as we’re one woman and two men at the moment!

The flat has high speed (200MB) broadband, washing machine, dryer and a piano. The kitchen has a dining table for 4-6 and the living room has two sofas. All of the rooms have high ceilings, which add to the sense of spaciousness.

There are two small supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Tesco) a few minutes away and two large ones (Morrisons and Waitrose) a little further. Other amenities within walking distance include a little park round the corner (Royal Northern Gardens), a yoga studio, a nice bakery/restaurant (Jolene), a couple of live music venues, two gyms, several nice pubs and the Holloway Road Odeon cinema. The flat is also about a 20-minute walk from Stroud Green which has loads of nice pubs and cafes.

Lots of local transport links - walking distance to Archway (Northern line), Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly line) and Holloway Road (Piccadilly line) tube stations, Upper Holloway overground station (Suffragette line) and buses to Highbury, Angel, Crouch End, Hampstead Heath, Trafalgar Square and London Bridge, among other destinations!

Council Tax is included in the rent stated. The other bills average £70 - £120 a month (depending on the time of year).
