Hey everyone 👋 I'll be moving in with my friends, so it's time to find a new housemate for my spacious room (I'm helping out the landlord in looking for someone). It has a big window, ample wardrobe space in the room and a couch in good condition.

You'll be staying with a girl from Wales, a guy from Central America, and a 3rd housemate who'll be moving in soon.

Great location, just 10 minutes from the Piccadilly line, Victoria line and the Great Northern train station.
Also right at the doorstep you have a bus stop with the 4, 29, 153, 253, 254, 259, N29, N253 & N279 buses, offering you direct routes to locations all over the city.
There's a lidl, aldi and a Waitrose & Partners just a short 8 minute walk away.

The room is 895£ per month, with a 500£ deposit (the landlord will ask for a 200£ holding deposit at first if you'd like to secure the room).
