Large double en-suite room in cosy flat

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a flatmate to share my place. The flat is bright, cozy, and on the ground floor, with a private garden that’s great for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. The room is very spacious, has a large wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk or any other furniture of choice, as well as a good sized en suite bathroom.
The flat is in a nice gated community on a really quiet road that’s very well connected. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk, and the tube is about 12 minutes on foot, with the Piccadilly, Northern, and Victoria lines all within walking distance. PureGym/Energie fitness is 5 minutes away, and there’s loads of shops/supermarkets really close by.
About me: I’m 29, a working professional, working a hybrid schedule so at the office a few days a week. I enjoy sports/exercise, gaming, seeing friends, nothing too out of the ordinary! I’m often out on weekends and evenings but also enjoy chilling at home. I like to keep the flat clean, tidy, and homely with a relaxed atmosphere.
