Hello!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my lovely and bright shared flat in Holloway (N7).

Nitty-Gritty:
* Takeover Dec 3rd
* Lease runs until September 3rd, 2026 with option for renewal
* 1000 / month ALL bills included
* Landlord is just a guy … we have frequent and relaxed communication with him as he is quite responsive!
* No reference checks required, but there is a 700 deposit

Location:
* Extremely well located with a bus stop in front of the estate!
* 25 mins to get into central London by bus
* 20 mins walk to Finsbury Park
* 10-15 mins walk to Northern Line (Tufnell Park), Piccadilly Line (Caledonian Road)
* Quick access to Mildmay and Windrush Lines via Highbury and Islington

Flat:
* 4 bedrooms
* Shared kitchen with laundry
* Shared bathroom and separate toilet room
* No living room

Flatmates:
* The four of us are between mid-twenties and late twenties; my three remaining flat mates all work 9-5 jobs, occasionally working from home. Everyone is super friendly and chatty but has their own life outside of home.


Looking for:
* We’re looking for a woman of a similar age (23+) either pursuing a second degree or a working professional. Someone who is kind, considerate, cleans up after themselves, and is happy to have a cup of tea in the kitchen when the moment strikes.
* I can attest that although my other flatmates are not queer, this is a queer-friendly space!
