Housemate wanted to join our lovely 4 bed flat in Holloway (N7)

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, small shelf and wardrobe. It can also fit a small desk if you WFH. Shared bathroom with two others and a big open plan living room & kitchen. The house is split over 3 main levels with 2x bathrooms in between, so lots of space!

Current housemates:

Living with 4 others aged between 31-32, 3x kiwi (F, F,M), 1x nice American (M). They work in climate policy, law, sustainability and security. I’ve loved living with them all and will be sad to say goodbye! They’re an easygoing, friendly group who enjoy watching a show together (currently watching Chernobyl!) and on the weekend going out for a few pints or off to see gigs/Arsenal games at the Emirates just around the corner 🏟️

Location:

Super well connected to all transport links! Also very close to multiple supermarkets, shops and pubs

• 10-minute walk to Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line)
• 15-minute walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria line & national rail)
• 20-minute walk to Highbury/Islington (Overground)

Bills:

• Not included in rent, range between £100 - £150 per month, depending on the time of year (incl. council tax)

Annual income needs to be £29K and you need to be currently employed to pass landlord reference checks.

We’re looking for someone between the ages of 28-33, friendly and kind who wants to join in on movie nights and hanging out when your schedule allows!
