We're looking for a subletter to join us in our beautiful 5 bed house in Holloway, just a five min walk from the tube! (Holloway station is 5 min walk, Caledonian Road station 10 mins, Highbury & Islington 20 mins)
The house is close to great coffee spots, Sainsbury’s, bars, restaurants, gyms, and Holloway Station. We have spacious living areas, large modern kitchen, living room and lovely garden. The room is big!
We’re made up of 6 kiwis, 26-30 y/olds, working in law, embryology, engineering and marketing. We are looking for someone friendly and sociable. We are also looking for someone clean and tidy and respectful of shared space and would love to be friends with you if you are joining the house.
The room is fully furnished.
Ideal dates are:
Move-in Date: 19 December 2025
Move-out: 23 March 2026
But can be flexible!
