Looking for someone to join my flat as my flatmate is moving closer to their art studio

Room technically comes unfurnished but there is the possibility to buy everything from the flatmate moving out

The flat is a first floor 2 bed flat with an open plan living room/kitchen with one bathroom. I am advertising the smaller room here but there is a larger more expensive room available if you are interested in that

We work directly with the landlord who is very responsive and helpful. New contract will require referencing fees only

Located in a quiet street in Holloway, we are 10 mins walk from both Finsbury Park station and Holloway Road with access to Piccadilly and Victoria lines. Bus links to Camden, Kings cross, and Euston. Located 2 mins walk from Morrisons, Lidl and Waitrose

About me - I am from Ireland, 30 year old working in science research. I am big into nature, enjoy festivals and dance music occasionally djing, running/cycling/football, reading, photography, museums and exploring. I work from the office everyday myself but workers from home very welcome. Looking for a clean and respectful flatmate who enjoys a chat and hanging out in the living room
